As a reminder, we are not able to remove slots from our system mid-release, and multiple checkouts are absolutely possible.

If you've received your confirmations and charges, and you do not want further checkouts to go through, you will either need to lock your card on your own, or contact your financial institution and ask them to place a temporary hold if at all possible.

1. Please use our FAQ and Terms pages if at all possible today. A large majority of inquiries we receive are answered on either of those pages. If you are unable to access those for any reason, you are always welcome to email us: help@rsvpkinz.com.
2. If you do send us an email, please do not send us several separate emails/chats from the site or app. This will block up traffic and it will only delay our response time further. Be considerate of others as we will be working to help everyone in a timely fashion.
3. Please be patient with us. We are here and we are ready to cook. On release days, we may have a slightly longer wait time, but your inquiry will be addressed as soon as possible.

We've had a great start to the cookout overall!

At this time, we have paused footsites as stock has been pulled momentarily. We will be monitoring for them to reopen as well as preparing for Yeezy Supply which is upcoming.

If you've received any number of charges/confirmations, a shout out on Twitter means the world to us! If you haven't been charged yet, please do not stress. We have plenty of time to cook more pairs.

As expected, the waters are a bit rough for this drop so far, but the release is still ongoing. We will post another update as soon as possible, but for now, we appreciate your patience!

We have been cooking on footsites now as well as continuing on FinishLine. Yeezy Supply is coming up pretty soon, so there's still plenty of opportunities to cook!

We are already aware of instant refunds and/or possible cancellations. We do not have any control over those retailer actions, but your slot will continue to run until the release concludes!

We are wiping stock on FinishLine with hundreds of checkouts already! Footsites are looking a bit dead, but that isn't totally out of the ordinary as of late. Regardless, we are doing very well, and expecting plenty of more checkouts as more retailers open throughout the morning.

After some adjustments, we demolished FinishLine! Tons of checkouts flowing through, and everything is looking great for this drop.

Friendly reminder that we can not limit checkouts for you on our end. If you want to stop potential checkouts, you are welcome to lock your card if you have the ability, or contact your bank to see if they can place a temporary hold on the card for the remainder of the release.

As always, some helpful information for everyone prior to the release. We tend to get large quantities of the same emails/inquiries after each release, so we like to put out as much information as possible.

Many answers can be found on our FAQ and/or terms pages which are linked below. Please use those resources, so we have more time to help any customers that have any issues out of the ordinary.

I also want to reiterate that sites have changed some of their processes as of the last few releases. We do NOT have any control over order cancellations by retailers. If you see instant credits/refunds to your account, it's not out of the ordinary, nor is it due to any issue on our end. Your slot will continue to run.

We do not handle retailer confirmations, nor do we receive any emails in your place. They can often be delayed, so there is no need to panic if you don't receive anything immediately. Confirmations are sent directly to the email address you used on your AutoCheckout information form when placing your slot order. You can check that in the copy of info we sent to you to verify that it is correct.
