New Housekeeping Report

Thank you to everyone that provided feedback. 

The new housekeeping report will focus more on the incoming guests, rather than the departing ones. You will see the booking details, housekeeping notes, bedding configuration. If it's a back to back clean, you will also see a red tag on the report so your cleaners can prioritise.

You can now bulk update your housekeeping tasks. Select multiple tasks and you will see "Bulk Update" floating on the bottom. You can mark them all as done, assign them to a housekeeper or change the due date. 

You will need to set up your bedding configurations (article here: https://resly.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360050078792)  

Once set up, you can choose a bedding config for each booking, this will show on the housekeeping report. Great for lock-off rooms where your cleaners need to know how to prepare the room. 


Online/mobile check-in is here!

We have been talking about it for a while and its finally here! 

Guests can now complete their check-in online including validating their phone number/email, uploading their ID, specify their arrival time, add any requests, agree to terms and conditions and even complete COVID declaration.

Guests check-in information is securely stored against their reservation for your reference.

See the process flow below;

Guest Receive an SMS with their check-in link

They are first asked to verify their phone number or email. The phone number and or email is pulled from their reservation in Resly. 

The guest will receive an SMS with a verification code.

They are then prompted to complete the check-in process, including arrival time. 

Followed by agreeing to your t&c's and completing a COVID declaration.



Once everything is filled out and they have attached their ID they can complete check-in.


All their details will then be attached to their reservation in Resly. 



Document and file storage

You can now upload and store documents in Resly. You will now see a 'Files' tab in a reservation (to store copies of the signed registration card, ID etc). In a tenancy profile (to store a copy of the bond lodgement, tenancy agreements etc) and in an owners profile (to store their form 6, warranty receipts etc). 

Just click 'Add file', select the file from your computer, rename it and save. 


Rate Yearly View

Access it via Reservations > Rate Plans > Click on Yearly View

From here you can select multiple dates, update rates based on seasons etc. Some people find this format easier than our bulk update tool.


Finance Tab in Dashboard

You will see this new finance tab to help you be proactive with your finance.

Reservations Owing

Here you can find a list of departed reservations that have a balance owing.

eg: Some wholesalers or OTAs who pay you after the guest departs. This is a good place to monitor those payments.

Reservations Undisbursed

Here you can find a list of departed reservations that haven't been disbursed yet.

eg: Instead of dealing with them at the end of the month, check them weekly to make your EOM easier.

Reservations Deposit

Here you can see what upcoming reservations have a deposit taken.

eg: Do you take deposit 14 days before check-in? You can easily find out anyone is missing a deposit here.

Rent Overdue

Here you can find a list of tenancies that are in arrears.

Rent Undisbursed

Here you can find a list of rent payments that are not disbursed yet.

Derived rate plan is now supported in Resly

You have always been able to set up a child rate plan that derives the rates from a parent rate plan. Now you can make the rates visible in Resly. 

Note: This does not affect your online pricing via Resly Connect. The derived settings in Resly are separate from the ones in Resly Connect. However, you can mirror them to have a consistent price.
