Email Notifications Settings
On the Settings page of your admin portal, you’re now able to fully manage notifications. You can configure your default email configuration and customize email notifications sent to investors and your team members.
When you edit the default email configuration page, you can change the from name, reply to, and email signature while previewing it live. You can choose to use a valid email address of your choice instead of the Groundbreaker default.
Email notifications, whether to investors or your staff, can be customized from this page. The templates for each notification are listed along with the actions that trigger them. What you’ll love about this feature is that you can revise the email subject and body and include variables to select data from the CRM database to personalize the message for each investor. You can see how your new message will appear in an email when you select preview. The most common variables are displayed in the box on the right side of the page.
After you finish one template, you can easily navigate to another or revert the changes back to the default.
