Assigning Fields to Correct Parties
Once the field is in the proper place users can then select who they like to assign the field to. Select the Assigned to panel on the right to select which profile types the field should be assigned to. Each profile type has a unique color for quick reference.
Note: If you selected that GP and LP will sign the document template Hellosign editor will require you to add signatures for both the LP and GP. You will receive an error message if you do not have both signatures represented before clicking Continue.
Assigned to | Description |
|---|---|
Subscriber | The field is assigned to the subscriber |
GP | The field is assigned to the General Partner / Sponsor |
Sender | The field will be auto-filled by Groundbreaker with information from our system |
Me (now) | The field is assigned to user preparing the document to filled with default information |
