This post is relevant to all our Pivot Remuneration customers who also have an ELMO site.

We are very excited to announce that you can now add 'Remuneration' to the ELMO Left Navigation Menu all your ELMO site users. 

How it works:

1. Once enabled, your users who log into your ELMO site will see 'Remuneration' on the left navigation menu.
2. Those users with access to Remuneration can click on this link to open the Remuneration module and complete any tasks.
3. Remaining employees with no access to Remuneration will land on an information page where they can navigate back to their ELMO site.

How to enable it:

1. Your site must have ELMO Synchronised Login enabled. Please speak to your Project Lead to get this configured.
2. Within your ELMO site, go to your Administration settings and select 'General'>'General Setup'>'Configuration'.
3.  Simply toggle 'Show Remuneration Module for All Users' and hit Save.

But we didn't stop there! The ELMO Left Navigation Menu will soon show within your Remuneration module, giving you seamless access to your ELMO site and other modules from within Remuneration.

As part of our ongoing program of work to provide you with a modern look and feel in Remuneration, we are updating the Step Navigation Menu.

What will change?

1. The menu can be expanded or collapsed with the little arrow on the bottom right hand side of your menu.
2. Your company logo will display within the menu structure rather than in the top banner.
3. The workflow icons next to your steps will display to the left.
4. The background colour from your banner will be moved to the menu structure with your logo.

Clients with 'email letters' turned on may have recently noticed that the date of the last letter emailed was missing from the Print Letters Step.

We have fixed this small bug so the date now shows when a letter has been emailed to an employee.

When selecting files to upload in the Data Import step, files can be dragged & dropped into the data file field.

The 'Drop files here to upload' message only appeared intermittently during this process. We have now fixed this so you can see this message all the time.

Clients with a review split, but no midpoint split, will have noticed a 'select midpoint split' option appearing momentarily while the Set Midpoint step was loading. 

This bug has now been removed.

Some of you may have noticed an intermittent problem when opening your Build Reports (Data Export) step over the last week. This wee bug has now been fixed.
