Given that support will cease on IE11 in January 2020, we have added a system message to the top of our system that will appear for any user who is logged into a version of IE older than IE11. This will increase the user awareness that in order to get the best experience with the system, users should be using a more modern browser.

We are very excited to let you know that you can now extract employee level business cases in your Data Export or Build Reports step!

This does not include manager business cases for budget overspend, full team business cases or multi part bonus step (used for multiple STI plans).

The new fields available in Data Export/Build Reports are:

• Appraisal Business Case Text = Concatenation of rules broken on appraisal screen
• Appraisal Business Case Reason Text = Manager business case entered
• Appraisal Review Reason Text = Approval Manager message if they've made a change via approval
• Bonus Business Case Text = Concatenation of rules broken on bonus screen
• Bonus Business Case Reason Text = Manager business case entered
• Bonus Review Reason Text = Approval Manager message if they've made a change via approval
• Remuneration Business Case Text = concatenation of rules broken on rem screen
• Remuneration Business Case Reason Text = Manager business case entered
• Remuneration Review Reason Text = Approval Manager message if they've made a change via approval
