Live to Test copies can now be done by Sysadmin role. This will save you setting up any Super User access and therefore no need for this role going forward. Another reduction in steps to set up your next Rem cycle. 

Note, you can still remove any step from an admin by clicking on the steps icon to bring up a menu of all steps available to the role. See the zendesk article for more details
