We know that mistakes happen, so we have been working on giving you the ability to roll-back all types of assessments.
Moderated Assessments
You now have the ability to roll-back all moderated assessments from the Assessment Status page with no intervention by Pivot, including:
This allows you to roll-back to the relevant status both before and after moderation is complete.
Interim Review - Section Assessments
Interim Review - Section Assessments can also be rolled back on the Assessment Status page.
These additions to the Assessment Status page mean Admins can now roll-back all types of assessments to a previous status when a user has submitted, completed, published or finalised an assessment in error.
See How do I roll back a managers rating for more information.
You can request to have Personally Identifiable Information (PII) masked when creating a new Test Site. This gives you the flexibility of having anonymous data in your test environment when you are using this for training or support purposes.
We have now added Position Title as a masked field. When you choose to mask data when creating a new Test Site, the following fields will be masked in all locations in your test site:
We have also expanded the masking coverage to obscure:
See our Copy Live to Test support article for more information or contact your Project Lead to discuss masking PII data for your Test Site.
We also took the opportunity to tweak the 'Close Preview' button so it fits better on the page and have prevented the 'Whoops error' when you click on the interaction chart while in the Dashboard preview.

We're always working hard to improve our product and offer new features. To keep you up-to-date, we've brought our release announcements directly into the Performance system. This gives you access to all the latest product enhancements when you need it most.
To view recent release notes, simply click 'What's New' in the top banner. You'll be notified of any new posts since your last visit with a little red dot.
'What's New' will only be visible to Administrators, and you can use it to give us feedback or subscribe to email updates related to our latest enhancements.
To help you manage the moderation of section level assessments, we now have a setting that can be turned on to prevent Manager's from being able to publish or finalise any content assessments in that section until moderation is complete.
This provides Managers with the opportunity to review their employee content assessments to make sure they align with the moderated section assessments, before sharing with the employee.
If you have moderated sections and feel this enhancement would benefit your process, please reach out to your Project Lead to discuss turning this option on for you.
We have fixed a small bug where interim content assessments were still showing even though the interim assessment was not applicable to that employee due to a later 'Eligible From' date.
Now, when an Employee has started after an interim assessment period has passed, the Employee and their Manager will only see interim content assessments that are applicable to the employee based on their start date.
Manager Assessment Progress Bars are now more accurate than ever!
All assessment progress bars will now exclude any interim assessments that were not applicable to an employee, due to a mid year start date or different 'eligible from' date.
This means that if a Manager has an employee join after an interim assessment date has passed, they will no longer have an incomplete progress bar, despite having finalised all available assessments.
We know that mistakes happen, so we are working on giving you more ways to roll-back assessments that have been finalised.
Centrally assessed content that has been finalised can now be rolled back to an editable state (draft or published) by clicking edit within the Compulsory Content step.
Compulsory content assessments cannot be rolled-back for individual employees. The assessment status will be rolled-back centrally for all employees who are assigned this central content.
