Excluded employees have always shown as Eligible to the Manager of Managers.
We’ve now replicated the view from a manager’s team plan; excluded employees will show in italics, and when hovered over will indicate they are excluded.

To make impersonating users even easier, we're expanding the places you can impersonate from. This month we've added impersonate buttons to the Reporting Lines Step. Now you can simply search for an employee and click the impersonate button to see their plan!
Following the success of access to the Pivot Support Centre in our Remuneration product, we’re rolling it out to Performance too!
As an Administrator you’ll now see a ‘Support’ button on your screen which is your one-stop shop for all the resources you’ll need to make your review go smoothly. You can access handy how-to guides and troubleshooting information any time you need.
Click on the Support button and use the search feature to find help articles. You can either view them in the pop up or click on the pop out icon to view them in the Support Centre.
There’s also a ‘Contact us’ option to create a ticket and send your query through to the Pivot Team.
This new feature allows managers to allocate objectives from their own plan to their employees, much like they can do now from employee to employee.
When creating a new objective, the manager will now get the additional option to 'Create Copy (from my plan)'.
This month we’ve rolled out new look and feel updates into Performance, giving further alignment with Pivot Remuneration as well as closer alignment with ELMO products.
The main changes that you’ll see are:
Charts just keep getting better! We’ve added additional functionality into the performance distribution chart so that if you have moderation turned on, you can now decide whether you want to see just the moderated rating, or the moderated rating and the original manager rating:
We’ve had feedback that some clients would like to chart on optional assessments instead of just compulsory, so we’ve added the ability for you to create many different combinations of assessment summary charts:
Admins can now select and set fields to be visible on the Employee's Performance Plan.
This can be set up in the Employee Attributes step by ticking the 'Show On Plan' box for an attribute:
See the Pivot Support Centre article Can I show employee data on their Performance Plan? for more details.
In scorecard setups, there are some compulsory elements that may need a slightly different regression calculation to the standard regression line, e.g. maybe a higher target before the calculation kicks in etc.
In these instances, you can now opt to allow an override regression on compulsory content, from the section set up.
This then allows you to firstly see the current default regression in the compulsory content set up screen and opt to override it. (Regression % points become editable when you opt to override them).
In the individual’s performance plan you can see the difference between the results based on the regression line each item is using. Only the last item is using an overridden regression different to the default.
If you are interested in scorecards in your performance plan, please talk to your Project Lead for more information.
There is now an option to rate items in the Matrix view for final ratings only; interim ratings are not included in this development.
When you click on the Edit ratings button, any final ratings are editable in line as highlighted.
