Ability to Disable Pivot Admin Site Access

In order to provide you with ultimate control over who can access your performance application, you now have an option to disable access to your site by our Pivot Team.

You can choose to enable access should you need hands on support from your Pivot Project Lead.

Please note - This setting will be unticked by default.

Incentive Payments now in Scorecards

Incentive payments can now be displayed and calculated within your scorecard sections.

For our clients using scorecard sections, this great new feature gives managers the ability to enter the 'At Risk' Incentive payment amount for employees. The incentive payment amount 'owing' for each employee will then be calculated for managers based on the ratings entered.

To enable this, we have enhanced our employee attributes area to allow the creation of 'money' fields. Company Administrators can select the employee attribute to be used as the 'At Risk' incentive payment in the scorecard section.

If you're interested in setting up an 'At Risk' component in your scorecards, get in touch with your Pivot Project Lead.

Increased Speed in Export User Attributes

We love to speed things up for you!

Due to some improvements to the way we bring your data together for data queries, you might notice some speed improvements when downloading your saved query reports in the Export User Attributes step.

Calculated Assessments Enhancement

If you have Calculated Assessment Outcomes setup, you will see a big improvement in how quickly the calculated outcomes are processed and displayed on Manager Dashboard.

When all the parameters of the calculation have been inputted, the resulting assessment outcomes and progress bar changes will be updated within seconds.

View of Excluded Employees

Excluded employees have always shown as Eligible to the Manager of Managers.

We’ve now replicated the view from a manager’s team plan; excluded employees will show in italics, and when hovered over will indicate they are excluded.

Impersonate From the Reporting Lines Step

To make impersonating users even easier, we're expanding the places you can impersonate from. This month we've added impersonate buttons to the Reporting Lines Step. Now you can simply search for an employee and click the impersonate button to see their plan!

Access to the Support Centre

Following the success of access to the Pivot Support Centre in our Remuneration product, we’re rolling it out to Performance too!

As an Administrator you’ll now see a ‘Support’ button on your screen which is your one-stop shop for all the resources you’ll need to make your review go smoothly. You can access handy how-to guides and troubleshooting information any time you need.

Click on the Support button and use the search feature to find help articles. You can either view them in the pop up or click on the pop out icon to view them in the Support Centre.

There’s also a ‘Contact us’ option to create a ticket and send your query through to the Pivot Team.

Copy From My Plan

This new feature allows managers to allocate objectives from their own plan to their employees, much like they can do now from employee to employee.

When creating a new objective, the manager will now get the additional option to 'Create Copy (from my plan)'.

Exports Showing Reduced Rows in Preview Mode

When requesting a large dataset export, we’ve reduced the number of records shown in the preview to 20.  This removes the failure to preview that sometimes comes up when returning a large dataset.

The first tab shows the number of users being returned by the query, with a reminder in the Preview tab that the preview is limited to 20 records. When you export, you’ll get the full list of records from your query.

Look and Feel Upgrade

This month we’ve rolled out new look and feel updates into Performance, giving further alignment with Pivot Remuneration as well as closer alignment with ELMO products.

The main changes that you’ll see are:

  • Font, border, spacing and button sizes and style updated
  • Alert messages show in green, yellow or red dependant on degree of alert or warning
  • Assessment buttons are now Blue rather than client colour to avoid potential confusion with alert colours
  • Panel headings are now white instead of grey
