Any section with a lookup (drop-down) grouping will now sort by that grouping to keep like items together e.g. financial and personal objectives:
Admins can now select and set fields to be visible on the Employee's Performance Plan.
This can be set up in the Employee Attributes step by ticking the 'Show On Plan' box for an attribute:
See the Pivot Support Centre article Can I show employee data on their Performance Plan? for more details.
The 'Eligible From' date has always been a background date that drives what an employee sees based on when they were added to the Review Cycle. This ensures that employees added to the review after an interim review date won't see any interim review that are not relevant to them.
Sometimes it is necessary to backdate the 'Eligible From' date for an employee. We have now put the power to do this in your hands!
You can now roll it back to the actual date they were eligible from.
Note: This is roll back only, you can’t roll it forward - in those cases you should leave them excluded until they become eligible.
See The assessment panel for an employee says not required until X date article in Pivot Support Centre for further information.
You can now see information about deactivated employees. This allows you to change the user ID for a user record, so user IDs can be reused.
E.g. James Bond (user ID jbond) has left Organisation X. A new employee Jenny Bond has started and has been allocated the user ID jbond in Organisation X’s active directory.
In the performance system, Jenny’s record would error when importing because the user ID is already allocated.
You can now change James’ user ID to something unique e.g. jbondOLD so that Jenny can have jbond going forward.
See I'm getting an 'employee number/ID not unique' error article in Pivot Support Centre for more information.
In scorecard setups, there are some compulsory elements that may need a slightly different regression calculation to the standard regression line, e.g. maybe a higher target before the calculation kicks in etc.
In these instances, you can now opt to allow an override regression on compulsory content, from the section set up.
This then allows you to firstly see the current default regression in the compulsory content set up screen and opt to override it. (Regression % points become editable when you opt to override them).
In the individual’s performance plan you can see the difference between the results based on the regression line each item is using. Only the last item is using an overridden regression different to the default.
If you are interested in scorecards in your performance plan, please talk to your Project Lead for more information.
Once you have completed an import you can now download the import file that was used (available for 7 days past the import date). This is especially useful if you are using the automated import (integration) feature to review the import file that was used.
