Learners can request a deletion of their account and you can resolve the request right from your dashboard.

You can directly search for the learner’s email id or use the deletion requested filter to view all the requests waiting to be resolved.

Now you can integrate WhatsApp directly onto your website.

Once you enable the integration, all your learners have to do is click on a button, and they will be able to message you on WhatsApp directly.

In the latest update, we have changed the default password policy of the platform. Now when the learner signs up and creates the password - 1 uppercase, 1 lowercase, and 1 numeric character are mandatory. Also, passwords have to be a minimum of 8 characters now.

 Having a strong password is the first step towards account security.

This feature is live on the website as of now. On apps, it will be available in the upcoming release.

We have recently introduced the integration of Google Analytics 4 Code as well.

This new addition will allow you to track e-commerce events happening on your course platform. For Business Plan and onwards you would be able to track these events from your mobile apps too.
