User: Last seen

Have you ever wondered when was the last time a user was active on your team? Well, you can now see that on your Dashboard/Users table.

🛈 An active user is defined as the user who has interacted with your team (ie. clicked on your chatrooms, services etc.) or opened the mobile app. It would be easier to describe who is not active: The user who just has the desktop app or the web browser open (or minimized) without doing anything on your team's workspace is not considered as an active user.

Users and Chatrooms tables revamp

The Users and Chatrooms Dashboard sections have been refreshed with a new table. The filters on each column and the sorting capability, make it easier to track down the data you are looking for.

The Users table has been enhanced with a few extra columns. Knowing the country of your users means a lot to many team owners. So, we capture the country code during the user registration and make it available in the Dashboard.

Revamped Permissions Controlls

We have refreshed the permissions management a little bit. It is now more clear what is the effective permission and the way the inheritance works. Please have look and let us know what you think.
