We are happy to introduce you to our new Integration Center. From now on, it is available directly to the customers who can configure in autonomy, through their own profile, the Bug Tracking they use (at this moment we are supporting Jira and Azure Devops).

We're proud to announce that our new UX dashboard is available to all our customers! From now on, when you request a Usability Test, a Prototype Test, a User Screencast or an A/B test, you can review the results on a modern dashboard with your customer account!
With Picture-in-Picture Mode, you can keep working while your video plays in a convenient box. But there's more: all your videos will be optimized to use the least amount of bandwidth needed for a lighting fast experience!
Your assigned UX Researcher will review the videos and show you in real time the most important ones on your dashboard, so that you can react promptly to any usability issue on your application! Go on your dashboard during the review period: you will see a selection of user videos growing review after review!

With the last release we reworked our navigation elements to make the UX smoother for the tireless operations of our hard-working testers!
While striving to keep the navigation mostly the same to avoid confusing old and new testers alike, we uniformed the experience of navigation in the whole website, letting you access easily all of your most important pages: your dashboard, your profile and, of course, all of your hard-earned payouts!
Maybe you are a seasoned bug finder, maybe you are just arrived here but an helping hand is always welcome and we want you to find anything you need on you personal journey on the mountain of bugs you'll find.
We need a lot of information to match you with the best application you can test, and all those data can be confusing. So from now on you can have a nice and simple step-by-step tutorial for all the areas in your profile
You will be welcomed by our tutorials on the most sensitive areas of the platform on your first visit there, but don't worry, if you need to check it out later you can always pop it out clicking on the question mark present on every page with a tutorial enabled.
