Native Automated & Manual Closed Captioning for Live Streams

Introducing a next-level AI-based feature to automate live stream captions and language translation simultaneously. Boomset is the only event solution providing this simulcasting accessibility functionality natively in its own platform —  no plugins or third-party contracts required.

Physical locations no longer limit amazing event experiences, so why should accessibility and language be barriers? Deliver and diversify your event to anyone, in any language, and scale your events globally!

Use this feature to:

  • Cater to those viewing without audio or to the audio-impaired
  • Connect and engage with attendees in the language of their choice

If your organization wants to be in more control of the closed captioning content, this feature also offers the flexibility to use a manual delivery method natively built into our platform. Simply invite your stenographer and you’ll be ready in seconds.

Magic? Nope, simply #TheBoomsetWay!

Bulk Email Send

Organizers can now trigger and send their own bulk emails!

After creating an email communication, you can simply send a bulk email to registered email addresses without having to coordinate the send with your CSM. Easily create and filter a report to send an email to the contacts associated with the report created.

Mobile Code Login

Another way to access your virtual event quickly and securely via mobile device? Use an event code!

Organizers can simply add the event code field to their email template. A 5-letter code will be generated for your attendees to login. (They can still login via email on the sign-in page, too!)

Your attendees can proceed to login using the event code, their email address, and their personal pin. Keep in mind that the email address used to access an event is associated with the same email address used to register for the event.

Exhibitor Meeting Scheduler

Attendees can connect with exhibitors and book meetings on the virtual event platform!

  • Attendees can directly book meetings with exhibitors
  • Exhibitors can block/unblock meeting slots in their schedule
  • Attendees and Exhibitors can view meetings scheduled along with the entire event schedule for more efficient visibility

The event organizer is in full control of setting the meeting length and overall time frame for meetings. Additionally, they have the ability to block a specific time frame when meetings cannot be scheduled at the event.

Discussion Boards

Discussion boards are a great way for event participants to share their thoughts and insight.

An organizer can now create discussion boards when setting up their event and assign visibility based on registration types or custom question answers.

These boards will be visible on the virtual platform where participants can add, edit or remove their own comments on the discussions being held. They can even “Like” or react to a discussion with an emoji!

Virtual Breakouts

Breakouts are HERE!

Now event organizers can create smaller event rooms during a session where attendees can partake in hands-on activities and participate in workshops, icebreakers, etc.

This new functionality helps organizers:

  • Increase attendee engagement and interaction
  • Create smaller, randomly created groups to further explore a theme or topic

An organizer is in full control to make on- off room adjustments, send updates or questions via  announcements to all breakout rooms, jump in and out of specific rooms, and bring everyone back to the main session…all from within our virtual event platform!

All-in-one, #TheBoomsetWay 😉
