Mobile Code Login

Another way to access your virtual event quickly and securely via mobile device? Use an event code!

Organizers can simply add the event code field to their email template. A 5-letter code will be generated for your attendees to login. (They can still login via email on the sign-in page, too!)

Your attendees can proceed to login using the event code, their email address, and their personal pin. Keep in mind that the email address used to access an event is associated with the same email address used to register for the event.

Multilingual Translation

Expand your audience and engage attendees in their own language.

The newly added Google Translate button will instantly translate your ticketing pages and virtual event areas to the attendee’s preferred language setting with one click!

Discussion Boards

Discussion boards are a great way for event participants to share their thoughts and insight.

An organizer can now create discussion boards when setting up their event and assign visibility based on registration types or custom question answers.

These boards will be visible on the virtual platform where participants can add, edit or remove their own comments on the discussions being held. They can even “Like” or react to a discussion with an emoji!

Virtual Breakouts

Breakouts are HERE!

Now event organizers can create smaller event rooms during a session where attendees can partake in hands-on activities and participate in workshops, icebreakers, etc.

This new functionality helps organizers:

  • Increase attendee engagement and interaction
  • Create smaller, randomly created groups to further explore a theme or topic

An organizer is in full control to make on- off room adjustments, send updates or questions via  announcements to all breakout rooms, jump in and out of specific rooms, and bring everyone back to the main session…all from within our virtual event platform!

All-in-one, #TheBoomsetWay 😉
