Delete Clocking Photos, Default Payable Days Off, Timesheet Alerts & Open Shifts Display Differential
DELETING PHOTOS 📷
From now on, for privacy reasons, photos of your employees that are taken when they clock in/out will automatically be deleted after 90 days.
DEFAULT DAYS LOGGED FOR TIME OFFS 📅
If your paid time offs tend to be the same, you can now choose the default payable days in your settings.
WARNING WHEN A TIME ENTRY IS DIFFERENT FROM THE SCHEDULED SHIFT 🔴
For resources users
The “Difference in time entries” warning will now let you know when the resource that is indicated by the employee in their time entry differs from his/her schedule. This will be useful for you to confirm if your employee worked at the planned job site.
DISPLAY OF OPEN SHIFTS UNDER THE “REQUESTS” MENU 📪
All open shifts are now displayed under the “Request” menu. You can also use filters to display open shifts with volunteer(s).
